Waldorf Salad

This unusual take on Waldorf salad offers plenty of sweet flavors from the apples, grapes and cranberries, which are balanced out with lemon juice and yogurt to make a tasty dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chopped apples
  • 1 cup halved green grapes
  • 1 cup halved red grapes
  • ¾ cup walnuts
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • 12 ounces vanilla flavored yogurt
  • ½ cup dried cranberries

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the fruit and put it in a bowl.
  • Stir in the rest of the ingredients until everything is well combined.
  • Chill for a minimum of 2 hours before serving it.
