Healthy Pistachio Bread

This simple recipe is easy enough for a complete novice baker to make. It’s nutty and sweet, and completely delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 boxes 3⅓ ounces each instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • ¼ cup chopped pistachios
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • Green food coloring optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a pair of loaf tins.
  • Combine the cake mix with the eggs, pudding mix, hot water, and oil.
  • You can add a couple of drops of food coloring if you like.
  • Fold in the nuts.
  • Divide the batter between the pans and bake for about 45 minutes.
  • The pistachio loaves are ready when a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
  • Cool the loaves then slice and serve.
