Cream Cheese Wrapped Olives

Not only is this recipe delicious but it’s super-easy to make. You can even prepare these cream cheese olives ahead and bring them out when you’re ready, freeing up your time to make other dishes too. The briny flavor of the olives complements the rich, creamy cheese and unusual taste of the garlic salt. Finall, you have the crushed walnuts which add both crunch and flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ tsp. Garlic salt
  • 1 Jar of olives
  • ½ C. Walnuts crushed
  • 8 oz. Cream cheese softened

Instructions
 

  • Blend together the garlic salt, 2 Tbsp of liquid from the olive jar and the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Chill the cream cheese mixture for 30 minutes.
  • Wrap a small amount of cream cheese completely around each olive, and roll the covered olives in the crushed walnuts.
  • Serve immediately, or slice before serving if preferred.
