White Cheddar with Bacon Pasta
Pasta recipes vary but this has to be one of the best. You just can’t go wrong adding bacon and cheese to a pasta recipe. It’s easy to make and even the leftovers are tasty the following day.

- 8 oz. Cream cheese softened
- 8 oz. Bacon pieces
- 3 C. White cheddar shredded
- 1 lb. Bowtie pasta
- ½ tsp. Paprika
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- ½ tsp. Black pepper
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Minced garlic
- 2 C. Milk
- 2 tsp. Fresh chopped rosemary
Boil the bowtie pasta in a pot of water until done to your liking. Drain well.
Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat.
Mix in the garlic, and saute for 30 seconds.
Add in the flour and salt, and stir for 1 minute.
Whisk in the milk until smooth.
Stir in the cheddar cheese, paprika and pepper until the cheese melts.
Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Stir the noodles into the sauce.
Garnish with bacon and rosemary before serving.
