Chicken Bubble Bake Casserole

Juicy chicken is paired with a creamy bacon and ranch sauce and a crispy cheese-coated biscuit topping. This unusual casserole is easy to put together and you’ll love the rich, creamy flavors it offers. Any kind of side dish would be great with this, but for the best contrast something non-creamy would be better, since this casserole is already very creamy.

Ingredients
  

  • 12- ounce can of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • cups sour cream
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken breat
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • ¼ cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 13x9-inch baking pan.
  • Stir the chicken with the sour cream, soup, bacon, ranch seasoning mix, and half the cheddar.
  • Cut the biscuits into quarters, then stir them gently into the chicken mixture.
  • Spoon into the prepared baking pan.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar on top and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
