Heat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a loaf pan well.
Cream together the sugar and butter until creamy and light.
Mix in the eggs one at a time.
Stir in the flour, salt, baking soda, banana, apple cider, yogurt and vanilla.
Fold in the ½ cup of coconut flakes until well combined.
Spread the mixture into the loaf pan, and sprinkle with the Tbsp of coconut flakes.
Bake for 1 hour, or until cooked through completely.
Blend together the lime juice and powdered sugar.
Spread the glaze over the warm bread, and allow to set before serving.
