Creamy Ranch Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 1 Can Cream of chicken soup
  • 2 C. Baby carrots
  • 1 Packet Ranch seasoning
  • 6 Medium yukon gold potatoes peeled and chopped
  • ½ C. Milk
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Layer the potatoes and carrots in the bottom of the Crockpot.
  • Add the chicken on top of the potatoes.
  • Stir together the soup, ranch seasoning and milk in a bowl.
  • Spread the mixture over the chicken and vegetables.
  • Cover and cook on high for 5 hours.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
