Pumpkin Bread 2 Ways

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 ounce can pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamo
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • Optional add-ins: ½ cup chocolate chips and ½ cup pecans

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Mix together the butter and sugar until smooth
  • Then add the eggs, pumpkin, and vanilla. Blend until mixed together really well.
  • Next, in a separate bowl combine the dry ingredients. While the mixer is still on, slowly add the flour mixture and mix until smooth.
  • If adding in optional mix-ins, add half of them now.
  • Spray a loaf pan to prevent sticking. The recipe makes two loaves.
  • Pour pumpkin bread batter into two loaf pans and set aside.
  • If adding in optional mix-ins, top loaves with ½ of the mix in ingredients, sprinkled over the batter.
  • Bake for 60-70 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Serve warm or wrap up your Pumpkin Bread to share with friends and family.
