Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prep two donut pans with baking spray.
Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, both sugars, and spice in a large bowl.
Stir to combine.
Whisk your wet ingredients together in a second bowl, (Milk, cider, applesauce, eggs, and butter.)
Stir in the wet ingredients to your dry ingredients until just combined.
Scoop the batter into each donut well.
Filling each about 3/4 cup full.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes. (Or until golden brown and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.)
Allow the donuts to cool slightly on a cooling rack.
Melt butter in a small cup.
Mix sugars and cinnamon in a zip loc bag
Brush the top of each doughnut with a little butter.
Place the doughnut in the bag and shake, shake and shake
until the whole donut is coated evenly.
Place back on the wire rack.
