Easy Broccoli Salad

Easy Broccoli Salad

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 15 minutes | Makes: 6 servings

Ingredients:

Salad:

4 cup Broccoli Florets (Small)

1 ½ cup Green Seedless Grapes (Whole)

1 cup Raisins

1 cup Celery ( Diced)

¼ cup Sunflower Seed Kernels

Sauce:

¼ cup Mayonnaise

½ tbsp Sugar

1/ cup Fat-Free Yogurt (Plain)

1 tbsp White Vinegar

Directions:

Sauce:

Step 1. Whisk the mayonnaise, yogurt, sugar, and white vinegar together in a small bowl.

Step 2. Cover and put in the refrigerator.

Salad:

Step 1. Add the broccoli florets, grapes, raisins, celery, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.

Step 2. Stir to combine.

Step 3. Pour the sauce over the salad.

Step 4. Toss to blend all ingredients together.

Step 5. Cover the bowl and return to the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Step 6. Serve the salad from a serving platter.
