Big Mac French Toast

There's something special about big mac french toast. It just seems to taste better than any other kind of french toast. Maybe it's the combination of flavors, or maybe it's the extra-crispy crust.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ⁄3 lb. 80/20 % fat ground beef
  • 4 slices Texas Toast
  • 2 slice American Cheese
  • 1 ⁄2 white onion diced
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 ⁄2 C whole milk
  • 1 ⁄2 C heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ⁄2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Big Mac sauce

Instructions
 

  • Fry bacon until crispy. Set aside.
  • Divide the ground beef in half making it into 2 patties.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Saute until they are cooked the way your like them
  • Remove burgers from the skillet.
  • Add olive oil to the skillet.
  • Saute the onions.
  • Add the eggs, milk, heavy whipping cream,garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Whisk until well combined.
  • Dip each slice of Texas Toast in the bowl, move the bread into the skillet cooking over medium heat. The Texas Toast will be crispy when done.
  • Spread Big Mac sauce on both slices of Texas Toast.
  • Place the patty on the bottom slice of toast.
  • Add the cheese, sauteed onions, and bacon on top of the burger.
  • Place the 2nd slice of Texas Toast on top.
  • Enjoy!
