Easy Cherry Danish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 Ounce Can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

Filling:

  • 6 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • 4 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla
  • 1 Can Cherry Pie Filling

Glaze:

  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2-3 Teaspoons Milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Remove crescent dough from packaging and slice into 10 pieces.
  • Place the crescent rolls onto the baking sheet.
  • Use a small measuring cup or glass and press down on each crescent roll, creating an outer edge to hold the filling.
  • Set to the side. In a medium size bowl add the cream cheese, powder sugar, and vanilla.
  • Using a hand held mixer, mix until light and fluffy. Add 1 spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto the danish, lightly spread to cover the whole area.
  • Place 1 Tbsp. of cherry pie mixture on top of the cream cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for 15-17 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and place to the side too cool for 8 minutes. In a small bowl add the powder sugar, and milk.
  • Whisk until smooth. Lightly drizzle the crescent Danish.
  • Enjoy!
