Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs. Ground beef
  • ½ C. Crumbled bacon pieces
  • ½ Medium onion chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar free ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. Chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 3 oz. Cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 Large eggs
  • C. Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ½ C. Cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large skillet over medium high heat, cook the onions and ground beef until the beef is fully browned and the onions are just starting to soften.
  • Reduce the heat to medium.
  • Add in the ketchup, mustard, worcestershire sauce, dill, minced garlic, cream cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine until the cream cheese is melted.
  • Place the meat mixture in an even layer in a 9x13 baking dish and top with the crumbled bacon pieces.
  • In a bowl whisk together the eggs and heavy whipping cream. Pour the mixture over the meat in the baking dish.
  • Top the casserole mixture with the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through and browned and bubbling.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
