Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ C. Heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ C. Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 3 Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients for the chocolate mousse into a mixing bowl, and beat on high until stiff peaks have formed, and the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Place the mousse into a piping bag, and pipe into four serving bowls.
