Bacon Ranch Chicken Crust Pizza

Ingredients
  

For the crust:

  • 1 lb. Ground chicken
  • ½ C. Parmesan cheese grated
  • C. Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ tsp. Oregano
  • ½ tsp. Basil
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

For the sauce:

  • ¼ C. Sour cream
  • 3 oz. Cream cheese softened
  • 1 Tbsp. Ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 Tbsp. Freshly chopped chives

Toppings:

  • 1 ½ C. Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ C. Chopped bacon pieces
  • ½ Medium tomato chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Add the ingredients for the crust into a mixing bowl, and combine well.
  • Spread the chicken crust dough out onto a parchment lined baking sheet, and form it into a thin circle with your hands. You can make the crust as thin or as thick as you would like it.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the beat is cooked through and the crust is starting to brown slightly in parts.
  • Mix together the ingredients for the sauce.
  • Spread the sauce mixture over the top of the pizza.
  • Top the pizza with the tomato, bacon pieces and mozzarella cheese.
  • Return the pizza to the oven for another 10 minutes and then serve.
