- For the brownies:
- ● 1 ¼ C. Almond flour
- ● 1 Stick of butter softened
- ● ½ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- ● ⅓ C. Cocoa powder unsweetened
- ● 2 Eggs
- ● 3 Tbsp. Heavy whipping cream
- ● 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- For the cheesecake:
- ● 5 oz. Cream cheese softened
- ● 4 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- ● 2 Tbsp. Heavy whipping cream
- ● 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients for the brownies, and mix well.
Add the wet ingredients for the brownies, and beat on high until a thick batter has formed.
Place the batter in an even layer in the bottom of a 9x9 baking dish that has been
well greased.
In another mixing bowl, blend the ingredients for the cheesecake mixture until well
combined and creamy.
Place dalops of the cream cheese mixture over the top of the brownie layer, and swirl together slightly.
Bake the brownies for 25-30 minutes until cooked through but still fudgy in texture.
