Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter melted
  • 3 tbsp Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 1 c Almond flour
  • 1 ½ tsp Baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ c Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ c Lily’s chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and powdered sugar substitute until smooth and creamy.
  • Add in the almond flour, baking powder and salt, stir to combine.
  • Mix in the eggs, almond milk and vanilla extract. Beat until well blended. Let the mixture set for 3-5 minutes.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Heat a waffle maker to temperature.
  • Add ½ cup of the batter to the waffle maker, and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Top with butter and your favorite sugar free keto syrup.
  • Enjoy!
