This Keto Low Carb Mug Bread will knock your socks off.  It will curb those cravings you have for traditional bread while keeping your carbs in check.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Almond flour
  • 1 tbsp Coconut flour
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Seasonings or parmesan cheese optional additions

Instructions
 

  • Grease the inside of a mug.
  • Add the coconut flour, almond flour and baking powder. Mix with a fork to combine.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the oil and beaten egg.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients in the mug, and mix to combine completely.
  • Microwave for 60-90 seconds until cooked through.
  • Tip the mug over and dump out the bread.
  • Cut the bread into slices and toast if desired.
