Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lb 80/20 ground beef
  • 1 medium yellow onion diced 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 ⁄4 C worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1 ⁄2 C beef broth
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 6-8 slices of mozzarella
  • 6-8 burger buns

Instructions
 

  • Using a large skillet over medium to high heat, brown your ground beef
  • Once your meat has been browned and no pink shows, drain the grease from the pan and mix in your peppers, onions and garlic
  • Cook the mixture over medium to high heat until the peppers and onions are soft
  • Mix in the worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, beef broth, salt and pepper and bring the mixture to a boil
  • Cover and simmer for 10 minutes
  • Spoon mixture onto the bottom buns and top with a slice of cheese
  • Enjoy
