Slow Cooker Barbeque Beef Ribs
Juicy and savory beef ribs are cooked low and slow to enhance all those amazing seasonings and herbs for the perfect summer meal.

- 2 lbs. Beef short ribs
- 1 C. Water
- 1 C. Ketchup
- 6 oz. Can of tomato paste
- ¾ C. Brown sugar
- ½ C. White distilled vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
Place the short ribs into the slow cooker with the bones facing down.
In a bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
Pour the mixture over the ribs.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove the rubs and shred the meat. Discard the bones and return the shredded meat to the slow cooker. Toss in the sauce and serve.
