Slow Cooker Barbeque Beef Ribs

Juicy and savory beef ribs are cooked low and slow to enhance all those amazing seasonings and herbs for the perfect summer meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. Beef short ribs
  • 1 C. Water
  • 1 C. Ketchup
  • 6 oz. Can of tomato paste
  • ¾ C. Brown sugar
  • ½ C. White distilled vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt

Instructions
 

  • Place the short ribs into the slow cooker with the bones facing down. 
  • In a bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. 
  • Pour the mixture over the ribs. 
  • Cook on low for 8 hours. 
  • Remove the rubs and shred the meat. Discard the bones and return the shredded meat to the slow cooker. Toss in the sauce and serve.
