Mexican Restaurant Cheese

Creamy and perfectly spicy cheese dip to liven up any party!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Deli sliced white American cheese
  • 3-4 Tbsp. Chopped green chilis
  • ½ tsp. Cumin
  • C. Milk
  • 1 tsp. Chipotle powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Layer the cheese slices in the bottom of a slow cooker.
  • Add the milk, green chilis, cumin and chipotle powder if using, on top of the cheese slices.
  • Place the lid on the slow cooker, and cook on low for 1-2 hours, or until the cheese is completely melted.
  • Stir to combine the ingredients well and serve.
