Pat both sides of steak dry with a paper towel.
Sprinkle both sides generously with salt, pepper, and garlic.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
When the olive oil is spitting hot, place the steak in the oil.
Cook until a dark crust begins to form around the edges (about 3-4 minutes).
Flip and cook on the other side. (About 2-3 minutes).
Transfer to a serving platter.
Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
Super sprinkle the top of the steak with salt.
Slice, serve, enjoy.
Serve with a side of fresh-sliced, salted tomatoes.
