Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. Beef Chuck
  • ½ White Or Yellow Onion; Minced
  • 3 tps Chili Powder
  • 1 tps Cayenne Pepper
  • 3 tps Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon Optional
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 tsps Salt
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper Ground
  • 1 can 15 Ounces Tomato Sauce
  • 4 cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 Red Onion Diced
  • 1 lb Spaghetti Noodles

Instructions
 

  • Boil pasta as directed on package.
  • In a medium stockpot (8qt), add in ground beef and onion. Bring to a medium heat and fry for about 8 minutes.
  • Add in the cumin, cayenne pepper, chili powder, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and fry for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add tomato sauce and one cup of beef broth; stir well. Lower heat to a medium-low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes until you reach the thickness you prefer.
  • Top over spaghetti noodles with add cheese and red onion.
  • Enjoy!
