Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter
  • ¼ cup Sugar Granulated
  • 1 ¾ cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 2 cup Flaked Unsweetened Coconut
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips Regular Size
  • ½ cup Pecans Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Prepare a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  • Add butter in a saucepan over medium heat until it melts.
  • Take off the stove toa add sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Stir to mix.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Use a rubber spatula to spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Check to see if the crust is firm.
  • Add coconut flakes and condensed milk in a large bowl. Stir to mix.
  • Pour into the baked crust, spreading to coat the entire crust. Return to the oven set at 350 degrees for 12 more minutes.
  • When done, remove from the oven and set aside to cool for 10 minutes.
  • Put the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds.
  • Remove and stir the melted chips. Return to the microwave and heat in 10 second increments until melted. (Stir with a rubber spatula each time after returning it to the microwave.)
  • Add the chopped pecans to the melted chocolate.
  • Spread evenly over the cooled coconut layer.
  • Set aside to cool completely and melted chocolate sets.
  • Enjoy!
