Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Chicken Breasts Boneless/Skinless
  • 1 Yellow Onion Diced
  • 1 can 14.5 oz Pinto Beans (Rinsed And Drained)
  • 1 can 14.5 oz Black Beans (Rinsed And Drained)
  • 1 can 14.5 oz Sweet Corn (Drained)
  • 1 ½ cans Each 14.5 oz Rotel –Diced Tomatoes And Green Chiles
  • 2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 25 oz Taco Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Add the chicken breast, onion, chicken broth, RoTel, pinto beans, black beans, corn and taco seasoning into a crockpot.
  • Place the lid on the crockpot. Cook on low for four hours.
  • After cooking for four hours, take the chicken breast out of the crockpot. Put the chicken breast in a bowl. With two forks shred the chicken.
  • Put the shredded chicken back in the crockpot.
  • Serve in bowls.
  • Enjoy.
