- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Packet taco seasoning
- 1 C. Shredded cheese
- 1 Bag shredded lettuce
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 1 Cucumber chopped
- Salsa and Sour cream for garnish
Heat the ground beef and onion over medium-high heat on the stove. Saute until the onions are soft and meat is browned. Drain the extra fat.
Stir in the taco seasoning, and saute another 3-4 minutes.
Add shredded lettuce to serving bowls.
Top with the cucumber, tomato, and meat mixture.
Sprinkle on the cheese and garnish with salsa or sour cream before serving.
