Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 Packet taco seasoning
  • 1 C. Shredded cheese
  • 1 Bag shredded lettuce
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 1 Cucumber chopped
  • Salsa and Sour cream for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat the ground beef and onion over medium-high heat on the stove. Saute until the onions are soft and meat is browned. Drain the extra fat. 
  • Stir in the taco seasoning, and saute another 3-4 minutes. 
  • Add shredded lettuce to serving bowls. 
  • Top with the cucumber, tomato, and meat mixture. 
  • Sprinkle on the cheese and garnish with salsa or sour cream before serving.
  • Enjoy!
