Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Water
  • cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 2 cup Sugar
  • 8 tbsp. Butter
  • ½ tsp. Baking Soda
  • 10 Oz. Pecans Or Other Nuts Of Choice Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Add the water, corn syrup, sugar, and butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
  • Heat until boiling, and then continue to cook until the temperature reaches 300 degrees, about 10 minutes.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the baking soda, and then the nuts.
  • Spread the mixture immediately onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Allow the mixture to cool until hardened.
  • Break into pieces and serve.
