  • 1 ½ cups. Flour
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Russet Potatoes
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste
  • Pinch Of Nutmeg

  • Peel the potatoes, and boil them until tender.
  • Drain, and mash with the butter.
  • Add salt and pepper and nutmeg to taste. Mix in the flour and eggs.
  • With damp hands, form the dough into sections.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Fry the pancakes until crispy and cooked through. Drain well before serving.
