Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs Your Favorite
  • 2 ½ tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Cans 10.75 OzFat Free Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • ¾ cup Nonfat Evaporated Milk
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Package Chicken Tenders
  • 10 oz Steamed Fresh Broccoli
  • 1 cup Shredded Reduced Fat Colby Jack Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a light coat of nonstick baking spray on a 9 x 13 inch baking dish
  • Mix together the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl stir the soup, milk, and lemon juice Set aside. Add the diced chicken and broccoli in a large bowl.
  • Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and broccoli. Stir to mix.
  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Work the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
  • Toss shredded cheese over the top of the baking dish. Sprinkle the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
  • Lightly spray baking spray over the casserole. Position the uncovered baking dish in the oven.
  • Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly or for 25-30 minutes.
