Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Boil the pasta and broccoli together until done, and drain well.
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, and saute the onion until softened.
Stir in the flour and cook for another minute or two.
Slowly add in the chicken broth, stirring well to combine.
Pour in the milk, paprika and salt and pepper to taste.
Bring to a low boil, and boil for 5 minutes until thickened.
Stir in the cheese until melted.
Mix the cheese sauce and cooked broccoli and noodles together.
Spread the mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Sprinkle with the parmesan and bread crumbs.
Bake for 20 minutes.
