Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. Ronzoni Smart Taste Elbows
  • 1 ½ tbsp. Butter
  • ¼ cup Flour
  • 2 cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Onion Finely Chopped
  • 8 oz. Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Fat Free Chicken Broth
  • 12 oz. Fresh Broccoli Florets
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • ¼ cup. Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste
  • ½ tsp. Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Boil the pasta and broccoli together until done, and drain well.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, and saute the onion until softened.
  • Stir in the flour and cook for another minute or two.
  • Slowly add in the chicken broth, stirring well to combine.
  • Pour in the milk, paprika and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bring to a low boil, and boil for 5 minutes until thickened.
  • Stir in the cheese until melted.
  • Mix the cheese sauce and cooked broccoli and noodles together.
  • Spread the mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with the parmesan and bread crumbs.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
