- 1 tsp coconut oil melted
- ½ c banana mashed
- 1/3 c skim milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 ½ c rolled oats
- 1 c strawberry fresh, diced
Preheat the oven to 300°F, and lightly coat an 8” square baking pan lined with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together the coconut oil, mashed banana, milk, diced strawberries. and honey.
Stir in the oats thoroughly until they look wet.
Dump mixture into your prepared pan and press to pack down firmly
Bake 20 to 25 minutes until you notice a light crisp on top.
Cool completely to before removing and slicing into bars.
Store bars in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
