Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp coconut oil melted
  • ½ c banana mashed
  • 1/3 c skim milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 ½ c rolled oats
  • 1 c strawberry fresh, diced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 300°F, and lightly coat an 8” square baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix together the coconut oil, mashed banana, milk, diced strawberries. and honey.
  • Stir in the oats thoroughly until they look wet.
  • Dump mixture into your prepared pan and press to pack down firmly
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes until you notice a light crisp on top.
  • Cool completely to before removing and slicing into bars.
  • Store bars in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
