Instant Pot Apple PIe Jam

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups apples chopped and peeled
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 honey
  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves

Instructions
 

  • Peel your apples.
  • Remove the hull of the apples.
  • Chop into chunks (about 1 inch each).
  • Add all of the ingredients to the Instant Pot.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Set the valve to "sealing."
  • Start the IP in manual mode for 2 minutes at high pressure. Release the pressure naturally.
  • Carefully open the IP.
  • Switch the IP to sauté mode.
  • Saute for 10 minutes.
  • Stirring occasionally.
  • Once most of the liquid has evaporated and the jam has thickened, turn off the IP.
  • Store the jam in jars and refrigerate for a week or two
