honey

butter

brown sugar

cinnamon

teaspoon
ginger
1/4
teaspoon
cloves
Instructions
Peel your apples.
Remove the hull of the apples.
Chop into chunks (about 1 inch each).
Add all of the ingredients to the Instant Pot.
Stir to combine.
Set the valve to "sealing."
Start the IP in manual mode for 2 minutes at high pressure. Release the pressure naturally.
Carefully open the IP.
Switch the IP to sauté mode.
Saute for 10 minutes.
Stirring occasionally.
Once most of the liquid has evaporated and the jam has thickened, turn off the IP.
Store the jam in jars and refrigerate for a week or two
