Ingredients:
1 Stick Butter (Softened)
1 cup Brown Sugar
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
½ tsp Almond Extract
1 Large Egg
1 ⅓ cup Flour
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Baking Soda
¾ cup White Chocolate Chips
¾ cup Milk Chocolate Chips
¾ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
Steo 1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Steo 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Steo 3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter and sugar.
Steo 4. Add in extracts and egg, then beat until light and fluffy.
Steo 5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda.
Steo 6. Add flour mixture to butter mixture, and mix until just combined.
Steo 7. Using a spatula or wooden spoon, gently fold in all 3 kinds of chips.
Steo 8. Scoop into 1 inch mounds, then bake for 11 minutes.
Steo 9. Allow to cool on pan for 60 seconds before moving to a cooling rack.
