Ingredients:
1 tsp coconut oil, melted
½ c banana, mashed
⅓ c skim milk
1 tbsp honey
2 ½ c rolled oats
1 c strawberry, fresh, diced
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 300°F, and lightly coat an 8” square baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a bowl, mix together the coconut oil
A. The mashed banana
B. Add diced strawberries.
C. Add the milk and honey.
Step 3: Stir in the oats thoroughly until they look wet.
Step 4: Dump mixture into your prepared pan and press to pack down firmly
Step 5: Bake 20 to 25 minutes until you notice a light crisp on top.
Step 6: Cool completely before removing and slicing into bars.
Step 7: Store bars in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Serve with a side of fresh fruit or your favorite cup of joe.
