Pumpkin is the flavor of the season!
These Pumpkin Spice Bars are super moist and topped with a sweet Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting.
Ingredients
1 ½ C flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp kosher salt
½ C unsalted butter, melted
⅔ C light brown sugar, packed
1 large egg
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 C pumpkin puree
Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting
1 – 8 oz box, cream cheese, softened
¼ C unsalted sweet cream butter, softened
2 C powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
3-5 tbsp heavy whipping cream
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper
Step 2: Using a large bowl, whisk together until combined the flour, cinnamon ginger, nutmeg, baking soda and salt
Step 3: Using a medium bowl, beat together the butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla and pumpkin puree
Step 4: Gradually beat in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients
Step 5: Scoop the batter into the baking pan
Step 6: Bake for 25-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Step 7: Allow to cool completely

Instructions
Step 1: Using a standing mixer, cream together the cream cheese, butter, vanilla, powdered sugar, 1 tbsp ground cinnamon, and heavy whipping cream until combined and creamy
Step 2: Spread the frosting over the bars
Step 3: Sprinkle some cinnamon over the frosting
Step 4: Cut and enjoy!
