Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cup Uncrusted Waffle Cones
2 tbsp Light Brown Sugar (Packed)
6 tbsp Unsalted Butter (Melted)
Fruit Filling:
2-3 Bananas Thinly Sliced
Top Layer:
1 gallon Neapolitan Ice Cream
Garnish:
Cool Whip
Hot Fudge Syrup
Nut Mix Topping
Springles
Directions:
Step 1. Line the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan with parchment paper.
Step 2. Cut the parchment paper in a found shape to fit the bottom.
Step 3. Set ice cream on the counter to soften.
Crust:
Step 1. Add broken pieces of the waffle cone in a food processor.
Step 2. Add in brown sugar.
Step 3. Pulse until the waffle cone pieces and brown sugar form a small crumb.
Step 4. Add the melted butter with the mixture.
Step 5. Pulse until the melted butter has incorporated with the brown sugar, waffle cone mixture.
Step 6. Add the crust ingredients into the prepared pan.
Step 7. Use your hands to press the mixture onto the bottom of the pan and up the sides of the pan about 2 inches high.
Step 8. Put in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Step 9. Take out of the freezer and place the slices of banana on top of the crust.
Step 10. Work from the outer circle towards the center.
Step 11. Add scoops of ice cream on top of the sliced bananas.
Step 12. With an offset spatula even out the top of the ice cream.
Step 13. Place a layer of plastic wrap on top of the ice cream layer.
Step 14. Return to the freezer for 5-6 hours.
Step 15. Remove from the freezer to garnish.
Step 16. Scoop the cool whip in a piping bag with a large tip.
Step 17. Add dollops of the cool whip on the pie.
Step 18. Drizzle hot fudge syrup.
Step 19. Sprinkle nut mix topping.
Step 20. Add sprinkles.
