INGREDIENTS:
½ Gallon 100% pure apple juice
6 cups Sugar
2 pkg Powdered Pectin
6-8 Jelly jars with lids & rims
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1. Put the Apple juice in the Instant pot and add the sugar and the pectin.
Step 2. Select saute and bring the mixture to a boil. Boil one minute.
Step 3. Place the lid and seal the vent. Cook on high pressure using the manual setting for 3 minutes.
Step 4. Once done, let the pressure naturally release. Pour hot liquid into hot, sterilized jars, leaving ¼ inch head space.
Step 5. Leave the lid off until it cools to room temperature.
Step 6. Once cool, put on the lid and store in the refrigerator. ENJOY!
