Ingredients:
1 cup Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter (Softened)
½ cup Sugar
1 cup Fresh Cranberries (Chopped)
2 cup Flour
3 tbsp Fresh Orange Zest
Directions:
Step 1. Using a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until combined and fluffy. Gradually beat in the flour until combined.
Step 2. Fold in the chopped cranberries and orange zest until combined. Cover with plastic wrap and place into the fridge for about an hour.
Step 3. Preheat the oven and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper. Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop out some dough onto the cookie sheets.
Step 4. Bake in the oven for 15 – 18 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Remove from the cookie sheets and allow to cool completely onto a wire rack. Enjoy!
